Grilled Ribeye with sweet vadila onion rings, heirloom tomatoes and an A-1 emulson
Crispy skinned salmon with roasted fennel, couscous and a curry gel
and a few more changes you will have to come in to see

New Desserts

We will be changing the dessert menu on Tuesday
Blue berry crepes with a brown butter pastry cream
Tres Leches Cake with peach compote and almonds, the cake is one of the few things I miss from living in Texas and it was well worth bring it up here to New Hampshire
