Richards' Bistro now a revolving Art Gallery!
HI Everyone! I hope you are enjoying this fine New Hampshire November morning!
We (Chef Matt nor I) haven't been making use of the blog as much as the Facebook link, thus explaining why the last post is dated August!

We wanted you to know some good news though...Richard recently introduced beautiful artwork to the walls of the Bistro!
Please stop by for a great meal and now awesome art!
The artwork will be for sale, and Richard's will take no commission!

Our First Blog Entry...

Hi everyone! from Crystal Nadeau of Goodbrain.com
Richard's Bistro's web master. I hope you have enjoyed fine dining with Richard, Chef Matt and the whole crew over at Richard's Bistro.
Pretty soon, you will see entries from Matt himself and maybe some of the other long timers over there.
Eventually you may also find things posted here such as daily or weekly specials, Matt's favorite recipes (and maybe even some of Richards secret ones...I said maybe...LOL) and other items such as chef's cooking tips, links to cool cooking sites, etc. You may sign up to automatically receive blog posting updates by clicking on the Subscribe button.
In the mean time...be sure to tell him you saw his brand new blog!
And, tell him Crystal said to "ask for the recipe to their famous ginger lime salad dressing!" (The Bistro Salad comes with it, and it's one of my personal favorites...if you haven't tried it, you don't know what you are missing!)
Today, I helped set up this blog page for Matt, and have uploaded an image I took just today at the restaurant of Matt with his daughter...she's soooo precious!
Anyway, bon appetite! And enjoy the reading...
Crystal
