Richards will reopen thursday july 9th for lunch. The new floor, ovens and grill look amazing, I can't wait to use them. i was thinking Lamb racks with cauliflower goatcheese puree, figs and rosmary and maybe for an appitizer frog legs (they taste like chicken) with a watermelon soup, pineapple and lobster.

Last night, I made the Watermelon Salsa recipe I got from Marsha while at the Richard's Bistro Staff & invitees outing over the 4th and it was AWESOME, again! I'll share the recipe here shortly...way good! Crystal
